Canceling your premium
membership does not
automatically delete your
profile when your premium
membership expires. That would
hardly be fair.
Please cancel your premium
membership prior to the date it
is due to renew. We cannot
process a refund per our terms
of agreement once your renewal
has been processed. We
want to make right by our
members, and assure that your
experience on HIVnet.com is a
good one. If you do not wish
your premium membership to be
renewed, it is very important
that you let us know.
You are able to remain on our
site as a basic member as long
as you wish. Other members may
also wish to contact you
which does not require a premium
membership.
