("HIVnet.com"). By using
the HIVnet.com website
(the "website") you agree to
be bound by these terms of
use (this "agreement"),
whether or not you register
as a member ("member"). If
you wish to become a member
and communicate with other
members and / or make use of
any portion the
HIVnet.com website (the
"service"), read these
terms
of use. Your
membership and use of any
area on
HIVnet.com indicates
your acceptance and
agreement. This is a
legally binding document.
This agreement sets out the
legally binding terms of
your use of the website and
your membership in the
service and may be modified
by HIVnet.com from time
to time, such modifications
to be effective upon posting
by HIVnet.com on the

includes HIVnet.com's acceptable

must be diagnosed by a
medical professional as
HIV positive or living
with AIDS to join or
access this website. By
accessing
HIVnet.com, it is
assumed that you are
diagnosed as being HIV
positive and/or
living with AIDS. We
do not allow
friends, family members
or those "affected" by
HIV/AIDS to join this
website. You must
be eighteen (18) years
of age or older to
register as a member of
HIVnet.com or use
the website. Membership
in the service is void
where prohibited. By
using the website, you
represent and warrant
that you are HIV
positive, and have the right,
authority, and capacity
to enter into this
agreement and to abide
by all of the terms and
conditions of this
agreement.

Term. This agreement
will remain in full
force and effect while
you use the website
and/or are a member. You
may terminate your
membership at any time,
for any reason by
contacting us
with your username and
password and a request
for termination, or
clicking on account and
using the "delete my
account" option.
HIVnet.com may
terminate your
membership at any time
and for any reason. If
HIVnet.com
terminates your
membership in the
Service,
you will not be entitled
to any monetary damages
or refunds. Even after this
agreement is terminated,
certain provisions will
remain in effect,
including sections 3, 4, 5,
7 and 9-14 of this
agreement.

Non commercial use
by members. The
website
is for the personal use
of individual members
only and may not be used
in connection with any
commercial, non-profit
or fund raising endeavors.
Individuals, organizations,
non-profit groups,
commercial
companies, and/or
businesses may not
become members and
should not use the
service or the website
for any such purpose. Emails
sent via HIVnet.com by
any person, business entity,
their employees, agents,
originating IP address or associates for the
purpose of promoting any
event, website or
similar service to our
user database without
the express written
consent of i-netAmerica,
inc.
or HIVnet.com will be
subject to a promotional
fee of $100.00 per
email sent to our user
database. This
includes any email or
communication containing
links, references or
advertisements any such
event,
business, non profit
group or websites and will be due
and payable on demand. Illegal
and/or unauthorized use
of the website,
including collecting
usernames and/or email
addresses of members by
electronic or other
means for the purpose of
sending unsolicited
email and unauthorized
framing of or linking to
the website will be
investigated, and
appropriate legal action
will be taken, including
without limitation,
civil, criminal, and
injunctive redress.
i-netAmerica, inc.. and
or HIVnet.com may, at it's
sole discretion chose to
help promote, sponsor or
co-sponsor events,
groups or ventures with
third parties not
related to i-netAmerica,
inc.
Your must have written
permission from
HIVnet.com prior to
emailing or promoting
any event, website or
service to the members
of HIVnet.com.

domain or for which you
have been given written

private adult
photos.
If you are offended
by adult
discussions, or
possible adult

members personal ads
you are advised not

member submitting

We do not allow
nude, adult oriented
pictures or
depictions of sexual

reviewed before

All new and updated

reviewed within 24
hours, usually much
sooner during our
normal business
hours.
HIVnet.com reserves
the right to delete
or edit any profile,
profile content,
photo or other
information posted
on the website, at
anytime, for any
reason.

provide a current
active email address
may be subject to
deletion.

Incomplete profiles
may be subject to
deletion.

eligible to be

You agree to have a
completed profile.
Incomplete profiles
will be deleted and
blocked.

You may not engage
in advertising to,
or solicitation of,
other members to buy
or sell any products
or services through
the service or
promote any event
including private,
for profit or
non-profit events. You may
not transmit any
chain letters or
junk email to other
members. Although
HIVnet.com
cannot monitor the
conduct of its
members off the
website, it is also
a violation of these
rules to use any
information obtained
from the service in
order to harass,
abuse, or harm
another person, or
in order to contact,
advertise to,
solicit, or sell to
any member without
their prior explicit
consent. In order to
protect our members
from such

to restrict the

Your account is
limited to your use
only. Using

in the termination
of both accounts.

failure, results or
termination by you or
the service. Credits are
not given to deleted or
terminated memberships
for any unused portion

Premium memberships do
not auto renew upon expiration
and are billed once.
Premium memberships are
billed under our
corporate name i-netamerica, inc. for
your confidentiality and
privacy.
Memberships purchased
using fraudulent
information will be
prosecuted to the full
extent of the law.

with all local, federal
and banking authorities
to investigate credit
